These machines are not in a warehouse
The computers in the Computer category are built by the manufacturer and shipped from their facility, straight to you. There is no PureDNA stockroom and no pallet in Portugal — nothing to pick off a shelf. That is deliberate: it keeps the price at the hardware instead of at a middleman’s inventory.
It also means no machine is sold before it is confirmed on its way. At the moment none of the five can be ordered: they are listed as out of stock, with the planned price visible, so the specification can be read before anything opens.
Delivery time
A machine travels from the manufacturer to your address in the EU, and crosses customs on the way. That crossing, not the flight, is what decides the total time.
We are not printing a delivery figure here that has not been confirmed in writing for the model in question. Each model gets its confirmed transit time on this page before the shop accepts an order, and you will have it in writing before you pay.
Customs and import VAT
A machine that enters the EU from outside can attract import VAT and duty. Whether those charges are already inside the price you see depends on the agreement with each manufacturer, and that is being settled model by model.
Until it is confirmed in writing for a given machine, treat its price as excluding any import charges. You will know which it is before you pay, not after the parcel has landed.
Returns
A return goes to the manufacturer, not to an address in Portugal. The machine travels back to them, under their terms. The practical details — how long you have, who pays the freight, and which address it goes to — are being confirmed in writing with each supplier, and the exact wording will be published in this section before the first order is accepted.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by where the parcel ships from.
Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty follows the machine, not the parcel route. Its length, what it covers and who handles a repair claim are being confirmed per model and will be stated here before anything goes on sale. A warranty period is not something we publish until we can stand behind it.
What you can do today
Read the specification on each product page, and write to info@puredna.shop with the model you are considering and the work you intend to run on it. We would rather answer questions now than fix a mismatch after delivery.
